You'll be the face of our community, driving leasing and marketing efforts for a multi-family residential property in Alexandria, VA. Your core impact is to convert prospects into residents by delivering exceptional tours and closing sales, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and qualify prospects via phone and in-person.
• Conduct property tours and close lease agreements.
• Process applications, verify credit and rental history.
• Assist with resident renewals and coordinate move-ins.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of leasing experience with multi-family properties.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management software.
