💼 About This Role

You'll join MYOB's Data and AI team to build and ship customer-facing ML/AI features from prototype to production. You'll lead with an experiment-first mindset, using offline metrics and A/B tests to prove impact. This role offers the chance to champion Responsible AI and mentor the team, making a real difference for businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ML ideas from hypothesis to production (prototype → MVP → scale).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers on ML solutions.
• Conduct offline testing and live A/B experiments to measure impact.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end shipping of customer-facing ML/AI and LLM features.
• Hands-on with NLP, RAG, time series, recommenders, or deep learning.
• Strong Python with production ML frameworks and LLM tooling.
• Cloud experience with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
