💼 About This Role

You'll support Outreach's FP&A team by building financial models and analyzing data to improve the company's financial status. You'll drive forecast accuracy and budget processes while collaborating cross-functionally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual analyses and reports
• Build cross-functional relationships with G&A business partners
• Prepare Board materials and executive presentations

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Proven experience in financial modeling and business analysis
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, CS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Anaplan or similar FP&A software
• Ability to drive structure in ambiguity
