๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead growth within strategic enterprise accounts at Postman, the world's leading API platform. You'll drive multi-threaded sales campaigns and expand usage across large developer organizations. This role is part of a new strategic go-to-market motion with a dedicated pod including a Solutions Engineer and Field CTO.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Engage senior buyers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering) to position Postman as a critical platform.
- Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to expand usage and convert developer adoption into enterprise value.
- Lead complex solution sales cycles across collaboration, security, and API governance.
๐ Requirements
- 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience with strategic account management.
- Experience selling technical and platform products (developer tools, SaaS, cloud, security).
- Proven track record in solution selling and driving multi-million dollar expansion deals.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience with developer tools or API platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/agentic AI and workflow automation.
- Background in enterprise security or collaboration solutions.
