- Drive hiring decisions with clear signals beyond interview feedback
- Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise bar
- Improve recruitment process speed, quality, and consistency

- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines without inbound
- Good judgment to identify strong candidates beyond resumes
