💼 About This Role

You'll run the world's largest post-style automated fiber placement machine to build large carbon fiber composite structures for our Neutron rocket. You'll work with engineering teams on continuous improvement and engage in preventive maintenance. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run the Rocket Lab AFP machine to build large carbon fiber structures
• Work with Engineering and Programming on process improvements
• Engage in total preventive maintenance program
• Load and off-load composite tooling from the AFP machine

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in composites production and manufacturing
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours minimum
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree in a technical field
• Experience operating an AFP machine
• Experience operating robotic equipment
