💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute a high-impact in-person marketing strategy for a Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing. You'll own sponsorship negotiations, event budgets, and ROI reporting, and build repeatable playbooks for maximizing meeting density. This role combines AI-driven outreach with human connection to drive measurable pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute Vendelux's IRL marketing strategy across events and activations
• Use the Vendelux platform to identify highest-ROI engagement opportunities
• Negotiate sponsorships, manage budgets, and report on ROI
• Coordinate pre/post-event logistics and agentic follow-up systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in event, field, or experiential marketing at a B2B tech company
• Experience managing event budgets and driving measurable ROI
• Data-driven mindset tying IRL activities to pipeline and revenue
• Interest and experience leveraging AI capabilities for event logistics
