💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth and effectiveness of MarketAxess's Open Trading marketplace by acting at the intersection of trading, sales, and client engagement. You'll proactively identify trading opportunities and help match supply and demand across the platform. This role offers direct impact on market liquidity in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve trade disputes with dealer and client teams.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealer and client desks.
• Partner with Sales to drive Open Trading growth in the U.S.
• Report Open Trading performance and trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of fixed income markets experience.
• Front office role at a broker/dealer or interdealer corporate credit trading environment.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
