You'll serve as the primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payment solutions and financial infrastructure. Your work will shape compliance policies and enable responsible innovation within the U.S. regulatory framework. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to embed KYC/AML controls into product design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering on blockchain payment compliance
• Design compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with risk and security teams on KYC/AML controls
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission
• 7+ years legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Expertise in U.S. money transmission and payments compliance
• Experience advising on product legal matters in fintech or crypto
