💼 About This Role

You'll assist guests and manage crowd flow at the World Cup Fan Village in Rockefeller Center. Your work ensures a welcoming environment for thousands of international visitors. This temporary role runs July 6–19, 2026, offering hands-on event experience at an iconic NYC location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide wayfinding assistance throughout the venue
• Answer questions about event access, programming, and surrounding areas
• Assist with crowd flow and pedestrian traffic management in high-volume areas
• Support ticketing and guest information services as needed

• Friendly and approachable communication style
• Strong customer service skills
