You'll drive the global expansion of Airbnb's Services business, launching and scaling new travel-adjacent categories. You'll co-develop strategies, build programs, and leverage analytical rigor to make these services part of every traveler's journey, all within a high-growth and remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end program plans for launching and scaling new service categories.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Operations, Market Management, and Product Pods.
• Write SQL queries to extract insights and build financial models and KPIs.
• Evaluate supply sourcing strategies and partner with local hosts or external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business operations or program management in high-growth businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling new businesses and driving cross-functional alignment.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• Experience in marketplace or digital company preferred.
