You'll join Coupang Eats Services to drive delivery quality improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You'll own end-to-end program execution from root-cause diagnosis to measurable impact. This role combines hands-on SQL analytics with strategic process redesign.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Python to diagnose quality issues
• Validate hypotheses on operational bottlenecks with quantitative methods
• Collaborate with product, sales, and ops teams to implement improvements
• Monitor metrics post-launch and identify further enhancements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT/platform/operations management or PM/PgM role
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Superset, Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Python for data processing or automation
• Spatial data analysis with QGIS or Kepler.gl
• Domain knowledge in quick-commerce, logistics, or O2O platforms
