Description

You will lead the transformation of Ripple's Controllership by identifying manual friction and deploying AI-driven solutions. Your work will fundamentally change the speed of play for the global team, building scalable financial processes and managing agile projects to deliver immediate value.

Requirements

• CPA preferred with AI/tech fluency
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, Big 4 or consulting background preferred
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
• Hands-on implementation with Oracle Fusion ERP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven automation strategy for accounting workflows
• Design scalable financial processes integrating AI with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Own transformation roadmap using agile sprints
• Bridge change management with operations teams
• Ensure automated processes are audit-ready and GAAP compliant
