You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to people struggling with their mental health. You'll develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy, manage referral relationships, and drive market penetration for virtual behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Colorado Springs, CO
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Conduct field visits 4-5 days/week for meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
