🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide omni-channel support with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Own complex cases and escalations to full resolution.
  • Support high-value clinicians with white-glove care.
  • Respond thoughtfully to public reviews and social posts.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience in ecommerce or healthcare tech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide white-glove support and handle escalations.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or DTC.
  • Exposure to public reputation management.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant support practices.
