🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide omni-channel support with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency.
- Own complex cases and escalations to full resolution.
- Support high-value clinicians with white-glove care.
- Respond thoughtfully to public reviews and social posts.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience in ecommerce or healthcare tech.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide white-glove support and handle escalations.
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred).
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or DTC.
- Exposure to public reputation management.
- Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant support practices.
