💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to our Home Equity Agreement (HEA) solution. You'll build rapport, identify needs, and generate qualified leads for senior sales consultants. This role directly contributes to providing innovative, debt-free financial solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage an individual lead database and pipeline according to company standards.
• Conduct high-volume inbound calls and handle outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support sales team by managing document collection through phone, text, email, and CX portal.
• Deliver compelling introductions to the HEA product and schedule appointments for senior consultants.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in sales, customer support, or similar high-volume customer interaction role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ metro area.

• Previous experience in financial services, mortgage, or real estate industries.
• Familiarity with home equity products.
