💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to patients in San Mateo County, evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you'll drive better patient outcomes while enjoying flexible scheduling and autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled services to assist with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders
• Serve as educator, patient advocate, and interdisciplinary care team member

📋 Requirements

• Current CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in home health care highly preferred
• Experience with high acuity patients is a plus
• Experience with interdisciplinary team highly desired
