💼 About This Role

You'll lead advanced machining process development for complex components in a fast-paced R&D environment. You will program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to drive parts from concept to lights-out production. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge nuclear energy technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes across multiple configurations
• Interpret engineering drawings using GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs using CAM software
• Design and implement lights-out machining strategies for process stability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in production or R&D
• Hands-on experience with multi-axis machining (2-axis to 5-axis, mill/turn)
• Proficiency with CAM software such as Esprit or equivalent
• Experience running lights-out production environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or agile development environment
• Experience with Fanuc CNC controllers
• Experience in an AS9100 or similar machining environment
