💼 About This Role

You'll join a dynamic commercial team underwriting conventional commercial mortgages up to $5-7M for Equitable Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank. You'll manage deal flow, communicate with internal and external partners, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and underwrite commercial credit facilities daily
• Communicate with brokers, solicitors, appraisers, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections of properties as needed
• Manage deal flow to meet prescribed deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 3 years commercial mortgage underwriting experience
• Proficient underwriting skills with conventional mortgages
• Post-secondary education in business or finance preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• SFR underwriting experience
