💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain DISCO's office network infrastructure and help manage identity and SaaS ecosystems. Your work will directly impact disaster recovery planning and enterprise AI tool deployment. This role offers hands-on ownership of core infrastructure with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain office and Forensics network infrastructure
• Administer Okta integrations, lifecycle policies, and access reviews
• Develop secure handling procedures for customer data media
• Contribute to deployment of enterprise AI tools and disaster recovery plans

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering
• Hands-on experience with network design including switches, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless
• Experience administering Okta including application integrations
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and security fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 802.1x network access control
• Familiarity with privileged access monitoring for SaaS platforms
• Exposure to enterprise AI tool deployment like Claude Enterprise or Copilot
