💼 About This Role
You'll manage high-stakes advisory engagements with top-tier clients, positioning Malt as a strategic partner. You'll design innovative operating models and articulate clear ROI to secure profitable Master Service Agreements. The role involves leading workshops and building financial models for executive stakeholders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead workshops to map client procurement landscapes and design operating models.
- Build financial models to quantify ROI for executive stakeholders.
- Own implementation methodology and solution narrative for RFPs.
- Define and scope strategic pilots with measurable KPIs.
📋 Requirements
- Management Consulting or equivalent experience in strategic account management.
- Proven ability to redesign complex enterprise operating models.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers and Vendor Management Systems.
- Fluent in English; additional European language preferred.
✨ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Dutch.
- Experience in SaaS or HR-Tech industries.
