💼 About This Role

You'll join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of clients at CIC Fukuoka innovation campus. You'll develop positive relationships, handle requests, and support community events. This role offers a chance to grow in a fast-paced, global innovation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture positive relationships with CIC clients.
• Handle client requests like office rearrangement and event hosting.
• Stock and maintain supplies in kitchens and conference rooms.
• Facilitate new client onboarding and office setup.
• Plan and roll out community events.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Japanese and strong English proficiency.
• Ability to legally work in Japan (no visa sponsorship).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SNS marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on experience building furniture or troubleshooting tech devices.
• Event planning experience.
