💼 About This Role

You'll help adult and geriatric patients regain independence through in-home occupational therapy. You'll evaluate mobility and function to develop individualized treatment goals and implement rehabilitation programs. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

• Experience in home health care
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation standards
• Previous geriatric therapy experience
