You'll own field-sales success at an AI-native mental health startup, partnering with founder, GTM, and product teams. You'll build commission plans, territory management, and CRM infrastructure to scale the hyper-growth motion. This role offers high trust, autonomy, and direct exposure to every aspect of the business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define new processes & technologies for field-sales scaling
- Own projects end-to-end from ideation through execution
- Operate at intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional working experience in a GTM strategy & ops role
- Experience ideally for a field-sales motion at a startup or high-growth tech organization
- Authorized to work in the United States
