You'll own field-sales success at an AI-native mental health startup, partnering with founder, GTM, and product teams. You'll build commission plans, territory management, and CRM infrastructure to scale the hyper-growth motion. This role offers high trust, autonomy, and direct exposure to every aspect of the business.

  • Define new processes & technologies for field-sales scaling
  • Own projects end-to-end from ideation through execution
  • Operate at intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional working experience in a GTM strategy & ops role
  • Experience ideally for a field-sales motion at a startup or high-growth tech organization
  • Authorized to work in the United States
