Your core impact will be scaling reliable data workflows and closing a strategic gap by evolving MLOps practices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-create vision and roadmap for data platform
• Drive platform health metrics and SLA adherence
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Data Science
• Represent Analytics Engineering in planning forums

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing data or ML engineering teams
• 3+ years hands-on building data pipelines or ML systems
• Proficient with Snowflake, dbt, and Dagster
• Experience with MLOps practices

• Experience integrating generative AI tools
