💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of corporate financial planning and performance analysis for a mission-driven government consulting firm. You'll drive strategic budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support our rapid growth from ~650 to 1200+ employees. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy at a public benefit corporation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes
• Develop financial models for revenue, expenses, resource capacity, and profitability
• Provide financial due diligence for strategic investments and initiatives
• Oversee monthly contract invoicing process ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead pricing function in partnership with Business Development and Delivery teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a professional services environment
• Deep expertise in driver-based financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience managing and developing a high-performing finance team
• Strong understanding of professional services metrics (utilization, unit economics)

• Experience in government contracting or consulting
• Familiarity with government contracting financial regulations (DCAA, FAR)
• Experience with adaptive planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan)
