You'll serve as the primary advocate for partners, managing partner relationships and driving operational excellence as Waymo scales its autonomous fleet. You'll act as the central communication bridge, facilitating two-way feedback and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for partners to launch and expand, facilitating cross-functional feedback.
• Manage MBRs/QBRs to track KPIs and develop partner roadmaps.
• Deliver data-driven feedback and corrective action plans for service levels.
• Guide partners through setup and steady-state operations to global standards.
• Resolve high-level escalations as central communication bridge.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in partner operations, customer success, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing complex partner-facing programs.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for C-suite engagement.
• Strong analytical proficiency to synthesize performance data into actionable feedback.
