You will own the full performance marketing remit across our marketplace, refreshing foundational martech, measurement, and creative systems to drive measurable acquisition growth. This is a high-impact role for a growth operator with deep performance marketing experience, critical to helping Alma simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health care.

Requirements

• Deep performance marketing experience
• Experience managing significant annual marketing investment
• Ability to set and drive strategy in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical and measurement skills
• Experience scaling a growth engine in a marketplace or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Own and expand paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, OLV/OTT, and affiliate channels
• Define and execute paid marketing roadmap with clear targets, KPIs, and ROI accountability
• Identify and unlock new platforms and tactics for scalable, efficient growth beyond paid media
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to accelerate testing velocity across message, audience, and assets
• Partner across Analytics, Product, cross-functional Marketing, Creative, and Finance to drive outcomes without channel cannibalization
