Description

You will design and conduct quantitative research, primarily customer sentiment surveys tied to A/B tests, to inform product decisions at Roku. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders. This role directly impacts the experience of millions of TV streamers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of consumer research experience in industry
  • Proven skills in survey design, quantitative analysis, and experimental design
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Project management skills across multiple product areas
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or Market Research

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute research initiatives to measure product and feature sentiment alongside A/B tests
  • Collaborate on experimental design with Product Managers and Data Analysts
  • Collect and analyze user sentiment via surveys, combining with behavioral data
  • Present research insights to diverse stakeholder audiences through reports and presentations
  • Optimize and automate survey processes to scale the sentiment program
