Description
You will design and conduct quantitative research, primarily customer sentiment surveys tied to A/B tests, to inform product decisions at Roku. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders. This role directly impacts the experience of millions of TV streamers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of consumer research experience in industry
- Proven skills in survey design, quantitative analysis, and experimental design
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Project management skills across multiple product areas
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or Market Research
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research initiatives to measure product and feature sentiment alongside A/B tests
- Collaborate on experimental design with Product Managers and Data Analysts
- Collect and analyze user sentiment via surveys, combining with behavioral data
- Present research insights to diverse stakeholder audiences through reports and presentations
- Optimize and automate survey processes to scale the sentiment program
