💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your work will directly impact user experiences by ensuring consumers can easily navigate healthcare options and streamlining operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and drive improvements in healthcare enrollment processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and other teams for deployment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms
• Experience managing Agile product backlogs and iterative delivery

• Familiarity with APIs and data exchange standards
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs
