💼 About This Role

You'll own all HR operations for Spin.AI's India entity, managing full-cycle recruitment and ensuring statutory compliance with Indian labor laws. Your work will drive employee engagement and culture in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from requisition to offer
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for data-driven decisions
• Design and administer employee engagement surveys and action plans
• Coordinate training programs and plan company events and culture activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on recruitment and operations
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

• Knowledge of payroll processing for India entity
