🎯 What You'll Do

• Own visual identity across channels including layout, typography, and motion
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative directions
• Design and manage creative workflows balancing speed and quality
• Partner with growth, product, and leadership on key initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in art direction or design
• Strong portfolio showing visual systems and campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
• Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback
