💼 About This Role

You'll join a cohort of builders developing AI-powered internal tools that automate workflows and unlock productivity across Klaviyo. You'll build and deploy production-ready agentic AI solutions by embedding directly with business teams. This 1-year program emphasizes hands-on execution and ownership of real problems from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with business teams to identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Build AI-powered workflow automations using LLMs.
• Develop agent-based systems integrating with internal tools.
• Ship internal AI tools into production using AI-assisted coding.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Boston for the full 1-year program (40 hrs/week).
• Demonstrated experience building something real with AI (side project, automation, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Python and/or modern scripting/backend tools.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to develop and iterate quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic AI workflows.
• Exposure to RAG systems, embeddings, or vector databases.
• Experience integrating APIs or working with internal tools/systems.
