You'll support operational tasks in project and account management, help acquire farmers for regenerative agriculture projects, and act as a liaison for farmers using our platform. You'll contribute to process improvements and knowledge management while helping scale climate impact across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support operational ad-hoc tasks in project and account management
• Assist in contacting and acquiring farmers for projects
• Serve as contact for farmers regarding platform and projects
• Conduct research to support project management and product development

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• First work experience through internships or working student roles
• Background in agriculture (raised on farm, agricultural training, or studying agricultural sciences)
• Fluent German (written and spoken)

• English language skills
