You'll partner with go-to-market teams as a key financial advisor, providing strategic guidance on revenue goals, sales capacity, and deal desk. You'll analyze data and build models to drive informed business decisions for a rapidly growing AI company. This role offers direct impact on cross-functional strategy at the forefront of AI safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide financial guidance to GTM stakeholders on strategy and resource allocation
• Build financial models for revenue goals, sales capacity, and key initiatives
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts highlighting risks and opportunities
• Establish dashboards and scorecards for operational and financial metrics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills to synthesize data into insights and build complex financial models
• Cross-functional communication ability to convey financial info to non-finance audiences
• Bias towards action and experience driving outcomes under tight timelines
