You will design, build, and maintain internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered automation that help Klaviyos work more efficiently. Working closely with internal customers across departments, you'll own features end-to-end, delivering practical solutions with real impact on daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience building full-stack or backend software systems
• Can take well-defined features from design through implementation and maintenance
• Comfortable refining requirements and proposing pragmatic solutions
• Experience in modern web engineering like backend services, data pipelines, or AI workflows
• Uses AI-powered tools to support development workflow

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows
• Own features and small-to-medium projects end to end from design through deployment
• Work with internal customers to understand workflows and translate challenges into software solutions
• Contribute to technical and architectural evolution of systems
• Participate in on-call rotations for owned systems
