Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending about 30% of your time on management and the rest on active development. You'll drive team growth, provide coaching, and design agentic workflows to improve delivery and reliability.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Actively participate in product development
• Involved in hiring and onboarding of new engineers
• Provide continuous constructive feedback and career coaching
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows (spec->plan->execute->verify)
