Description

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will be responsible for inspecting, washing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for delivery. You will work with a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction while enjoying performance-based pay increases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent desirable
• Must be 18 years old with valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate with team members and management
