🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and distribute educational materials for program promotion
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners
• Recruit, mobilize, and train volunteers for client support

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in community engagement or nonprofit work
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with San Diego-area service providers and faith-based networks
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Ukrainian, or Spanish
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Dynamics
