๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join the Customer Experience team of a fast-growing livestream shopping platform to resolve buyer and seller issues. You'll ensure timely resolution of orders, payments, and shipments while working overnight shifts. This role offers flexibility to work from home with in-person collaboration at the Phoenix hub.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve customer issues for payments, orders, and shipments.
  • Become expert in Whatnot's product, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce repeat contacts and improve experience.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and chat.
  • Open to overnight shift from 8pm-5am PST.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Experience with e-commerce and marketplace operations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Collectibles.
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience.
  • Previous start-up experience.
