🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle for large initiatives
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, maintainable code
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business partners

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years building web applications with production experience
• Full-stack development skills including Rails, NextJS, React, and SQL databases
• Understanding of web application fundamentals like auth, caching, background processing, and API design

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech domain knowledge including wealth management or regulatory compliance
• Modern development ecosystem experience with macOS toolchains, CI/CD, IaaS, and observability platforms
