Description

You will design and build intelligent, user-facing experiences and end-to-end AI solutions powering enterprise-grade AI Agents at Okta. Your work will involve developing front-end interfaces, high-performance Agentic Experiences for web and mobile, and robust backend services including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and generative AI features. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with a global team spanning the US and India.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine front-end interfaces for AI capabilities
• Build high-performance Agentic Experiences (AX) for web and mobile with low latency streaming
• Develop robust backend services for LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and generative AI features
• Ensure observability and operational excellence for enterprise-grade reliability and performance
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the full stack
