Description

As the 3PL Operations Manager, you will manage the relationship and performance of our third-party logistics partner in Lichfield, focusing on enhancing service levels, efficiency, and cost performance. You'll be the primary point of contact, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment to support Alo's customer-centric fulfillment strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; or 5+ years operational experience
• Proven leadership in 3PL, distribution, or logistics environments
• Experience managing e-commerce and retail/wholesale fulfillment operations preferred
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations and metrics
• Experience managing budgets and cost control initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for 3PL distribution partners
• Monitor and manage 3PL performance across service, cost, capacity, and KPIs
• Conduct regular service reviews and lead business reviews with 3PL partners
• Oversee financial performance including budget management, invoice reconciliation, and cost control
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance throughput, efficiency, and service levels
