💼 About This Role

You'll sit between AI systems and GTM data, operating and improving an agentic data quality pipeline. You'll drive data reliability and agent coverage expansion for a high-growth company. This role offers the chance to shape a new function from scratch with a cutting-edge AI-first operating model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run and monitor production pipeline sessions across scheduled cadences.
• Refine detection rules, prompt logic, and confidence thresholds based on output analysis.
• Own the handoff between Sentinel detection output and offshore triage queues.
• Maintain ops-only staging fields and manage promote-to-production flow with audit controls.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with data quality ownership.
• Proficiency with Snowflake (SQL) for querying, analysis, and validation.
• Working experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM-based tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI pipelines or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of SFDC object model and field configuration.
• Background in managing offshore or external teams.
