💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical foundation and day-to-day administration of our CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot) at Spire. You'll drive Go-To-Market Operations excellence by ensuring seamless, scalable technical solutions across Sales and Marketing teams. This role focuses on technical implementation of integrations, automations, and data optimization, enabling a robust revenue technology stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud: user permissions, configurations, data management, and system health
• Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow
• Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Own integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot, NetSuite, CPQ, and enrichment tools

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator and Developer with deep platform knowledge
• Proven Salesforce development experience: Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Celigo or MuleSoft)

• Experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub administration: workflows, lead scoring, campaign tracking
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Salesforce Reports/Dashboards)
• Exposure to compliance environments (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
