Description

You will support networking, compute administration, and application needs for SpaceX's launch environment, ensuring mission-critical systems perform reliably to enable a high launch cadence. You'll deploy infrastructure, perform upgrades, monitor services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years IT systems administration experience
• Hands-on Linux or Windows server administration
• Enterprise network administration and deployment experience
• Ability to pass Air Force background check and work weekends/night shifts

Responsibilities

• Deploy IT infrastructure including networking, server, and desktop hardware for mission critical networks
• Perform systems upgrades and patches between critical operations, including weekends and evenings
• Monitor IT services and respond to incidents to maintain systems performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Author and maintain documentation and leverage automation tools
