💼 About This Role

You'll collect, analyze, and visualize switchgear performance data to drive data-driven decisions in assembly operations. Your insights will directly impact throughput, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. This role is 100% in-office in Surrey, BC, collaborating closely with operations and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, and validate switchgear data from OEE, MES, ERP, and manual sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for production KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs including throughput, utilization, reworks, and labor efficiency.
• Provide root-cause data analysis for downtime, quality issues, and process instability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing analytics or industrial engineering.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OEE, MES, and assembly line monitoring systems.
• Experience with process implementation or process control.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
