🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of buyers to issue daily/weekly purchase orders
• Manage supplier performance and purchasing strategy at the DC
• Collaborate with Production, Warehousing, and Quality teams
• Report on team KPIs including on-time delivery and substitutions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• Quantitative and analytical experience with G-Suite, Excel, procurement systems
• Leadership experience coaching and motivating a team
