You'll serve as a strategic technical leader in the Booking group, making scheduling seamless for patients and practitioners. You'll architect for scale, shaping Jane's shift toward event-driven architecture and mentoring Staff and Senior Developers. This is a high-impact, cross-cutting role with a direct line to the Group Lead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead event-driven architecture evolution for booking systems.
• Mentor and coach Staff and Senior Developers.
• Unblock complex technical problems across teams.
• Architect resilient and scalable scheduling and messaging systems.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Experience operating at Senior Staff or Architect level.
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience in long-term vision planning (12-24 months).
