You'll use your expertise in Indonesian grammar, syntax, and semantics to challenge and improve large language models by identifying errors, documenting failure modes, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering. This role is critical to building high-quality training data for the next generation of AI.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Indonesian language, linguistics, or related field
• Deep expertise in Indonesian grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or linguistic analysis projects preferred
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on Indonesian language topics
• Document failure modes in sentence structure, verb conjugation, and dialectal variations
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
